Rph review- It works if it's what your body is lacking

At first I was a bit bummed when it came in and I read what was in it. It's mainly Vitamin A, C, and a bunch of Vitamin B's like 6 and 12. I'm a pharmacist so automatically I was thinking, well Vitamin B-12 will help with energy. No brainer. Zinc will help immune system as well as Vitamin C. So logically, I thought, yet this will do SOMETHING. But after taking it for a month, I did not have my pre-period bloat feeling. I had minimal if any headaches that lead up to my period. I usually am sooooo tired a few days before my menstrual cycle begins and this go-around none of that happened! I do feel overall better, I already took pills for my skin, but if I'm not mistaken, it's like I got an additional boost for my skin. I am not pre-menopausal age. If you are having those types of "hormone" problems, this is probably not going to be the best for you as you need actual hormones which this is mainly a very very good vitamin supplement. When you consider how much it costs to get all these vitamins separately, it's either the same cost or less with Hormify. I'm keeping this in my regimen for sure.

My experience
First, let me start by saying this is not a magical supplement to make you lose weight. You still have to do the work to get the results. You still have to watch your food, you still have to exercise. I haven’t lost a whole lot weight on it. I was not very big to begin with. Having said that, I am down 2 pounds my cravings have changed. I no longer crave sugar like I used to. I have no more bloating., I’m sleeping way better at night, I have way more energy than I had and my moods are so much better. I am in pre-menopause and this has done wonders for me. I plan on taking this for a while.

I started drinking the 3-month supply…
I started drinking the 3-month supply and it helped me a lot my energy level went from 0 to 100 and no more hot flashes less bloated too. I ran out about 3 weeks ago and let me tell you all my symptoms are returning but I just made my purchase cannot wait to start taking them again.
