We’re sorry that the checkout experience felt overly pushy. Any bundle or additional product offers shown during checkout are optional, and customers should be able to decline them before completing their purchase. The tip option is also completely optional and is not required to place an order. We appreciate the feedback, as the checkout process should make these choices clear and easy to skip.

We’re sorry for the confusion regarding the Wellness Challenge and the $19.99 charge. The Wellness Challenge is a separate digital plan presented during checkout and is separate from the Hormify supplement subscription. After the trial period, it renews at $19.99 per month unless canceled according to the applicable terms. Reminder emails are also sent before the charge, but we understand your concern that the purpose of those emails and the enrollment itself should be very clear. If you were unaware that the Wellness Challenge was active, do not know how to access it, or would like the charge and cancellation status reviewed, please send your order details to our support team: [email protected] Our team can review the enrollment, confirm whether future Wellness Challenge charges have been stopped, provide access information if needed, and assist with any eligible refund options under our policy.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and the concern regarding the refund you were told had been issued. If your doctor advised you not to take Hormify, canceling use was the right step, and health-related concerns should always be reviewed with your healthcare professional. Regarding your order and refund, if you contacted us shortly after purchase, were later notified that the order shipped, and then received confirmation that a credit was issued, our team should review the full timeline carefully. Refunds can take time to appear depending on the bank, but after nearly a month, this should be checked. We’re sorry to hear that Hormify did not provide the results you were hoping for and that you experienced bloating and weight gain while using it. Hormify is designed to support hormonal balance and women’s wellness over time, but results can vary from person to person based on individual body chemistry, hormone levels, age, lifestyle, consistency, diet, activity level, and other factors. We’re sorry to hear that the checkout and cancellation experience left you feeling frustrated. Hormify is designed to support hormonal balance and women’s wellness, but we understand that trust and clarity during the ordering process are just as important as the product itself. The Wellness Challenge is a separate digital plan presented during checkout, and it renews at $19.99 unless canceled according to its terms. Subscription plans are also offered at a discounted rate compared to the standard one-time purchase price. If a customer cancels before the second subscription charge is processed, the discount difference between the subscription price and the standard retail price may apply. This is not a fee simply to cancel, but the difference between the discounted subscription offer and the regular one-time purchase price. That said, we understand your feedback that these terms should feel clear, easy to recognize, and not surprising after purchase. If you would like your account, Wellness Challenge charge, or subscription cancellation reviewed again, please send your order details and prior email history to our support team: [email protected] Our team can review and assist with any eligible options under our policy.
