This is a scam
This is a scam. I broke out in a rash all over body. Stopped taking it. Now they billed me again saying I have a subscription, which is a lie. And they won’t do any returns.

Dear Christine, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and take all customer concerns seriously. We always aim to address situations transparently and fairly. Your initial order was placed under a subscription plan, as clearly stated in the order confirmation. Reminder emails, which included cancellation instructions, were sent before the renewal date. Our policy requires subscription cancellations at least 48 hours prior to renewal, and your request reached us only after the recurring charge had already been processed. We also want to note that no proof or medical documentation of the allergic reaction you mentioned in this review was provided during our email exchanges, nor was any further detail shared when we asked for clarification. This concern was first raised after three months of use—only once the renewal payment was processed. While we received threats of negative reviews and slander if a refund wasn’t issued, we believe it’s important to apply our terms equally to all customers. We also believe that understanding what is purchased, reading provided reminders, and acting within the timelines given is essential to avoid unwanted renewals. Your subscription has been cancelled to prevent any further charges or shipments, and no additional renewals will occur. Our goal is to remain transparent and consistent in how we apply our policies, and we’re always happy to provide documentation—like order confirmations and reminder notices—to clarify any questions. We’re always open to respectful dialogue — but threats and false claims won’t lead to a resolution. The Hormify Team
