Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that customers are never required to purchase any products other than the Hormify package they originally selected. During checkout, you may be presented with optional one-time offers for complementary products, but each offer can be accepted or declined individually without affecting your Hormify order. If additional products were added to your order unintentionally, we encourage you to contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details so that we can review the situation and discuss the available options. We appreciate your feedback and understand that some customers prefer a simpler checkout experience focused solely on their original purchase.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience. We would like to clarify that multiple pending transactions do not necessarily mean multiple completed charges. In some cases, banks and payment processors may display multiple authorization attempts when a transaction is declined, interrupted, or awaiting approval. These temporary authorizations often disappear automatically and do not result in multiple successful payments. If you wish to cancel any active subscription associated with your account, we encourage you to contact our support team with your order details so that we can review your account and confirm the current status of any subscriptions or pending orders. We understand your frustration and would be happy to investigate the charges you are referencing and provide clarification regarding any transactions associated with your account.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that the additional offers presented during checkout may not be everyone's preference. These offers are optional one-time promotions that can be accepted or declined individually and are intended to provide customers with access to discounted pricing on complementary products. We would like to clarify that these offers are not required to complete a purchase and do not affect a customer's ability to order only the product they originally selected. While we understand that the checkout experience led to concerns, we respectfully disagree with the suggestion that it is a scheme. We strive to present all offers, pricing, and purchase options transparently and appreciate feedback that helps us improve the customer experience. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you feel this way. We would like to clarify that customers are not enrolled in subscriptions without selection. During checkout, both one-time purchase and subscription purchase options are presented, and the selected option is reflected in the order confirmation and subsequent communications. We also understand your concern regarding the additional email subscription. If you are referring to the Wellness Challenge trial, this is a separate digital program that includes its own terms, reminder communications, and cancellation instructions before any renewal occurs. We respectfully disagree with the suggestion that anything was "sneaked" into your purchase. We strive to clearly disclose product selections, subscription terms, pricing, and renewal information throughout the ordering process and in post-purchase communications. That said, we understand that the experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate your feedback. Customer feedback helps us continue improving the clarity of our checkout and onboarding process.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your concern regarding the charges on your card. We would like to clarify that seeing two transactions during a single purchase does not necessarily mean that you were charged twice. In many cases, banks and payment processors display a temporary authorization alongside the completed transaction, or they may show duplicate pending entries while the payment is being processed. If both transactions were completed charges rather than pending authorizations, we would be happy to investigate the matter. We do not intentionally charge customers twice for a single purchase. We encourage you to contact our support team with your order details and a screenshot of the transactions so that we can review the payment records and provide clarification. We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that the $19.99 charge is typically associated with the Wellness Challenge digital program, which begins with a trial period and only converts into a paid monthly subscription if it is not canceled before the trial ends. Information regarding the program, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions is provided during enrollment and in the related email communications, including a reminder sent prior to the first renewal charge. We understand that there can sometimes be confusion regarding digital subscriptions, and we would be happy to review your specific account and explain the charge in detail. We encourage you to contact our support team with your order information so we can investigate further. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the matter.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that subscriptions are not activated without customer selection. During checkout, customers are presented with both one-time purchase and subscription options, and the selected option is reflected in the order confirmation and subsequent communications. We also want to clarify that we do not refuse subscription cancellations. Customers may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals. However, the timing of the cancellation request and the status of any pending or already processed orders can affect what options are available under the applicable terms and policies. While we understand your frustration, we respectfully disagree with the characterization that the company is dishonest. We strive to present our pricing, subscription terms, and policies as clearly as possible and to assist customers in accordance with those terms. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that the additional offers presented during checkout may have felt excessive or inconvenient. The optional offers are included to provide customers with access to discounted pricing and complementary products, especially for new customers. However, all additional items are optional and can be either accepted or declined individually during the checkout process. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and feedback, as it helps us continue improving the customer experience.
