Everybody talks about shipment and payment process. But no one says if it works like they say. How much weight have you lost?

I haven’t started as of yet, I haven’t recieved Hormify yet, with that being said, I haven’t no problem with starting with switching up my eating habits, these recipes are not what I would eat, I do love chicken, turkey, lean beef, I don’t like sweet potatoes, I’m ok with avocado but I haven’t used it in my wraps or sandwich, which I’m willing to try, quinoa and rice, I rarely eat

I just want to try the hormify & see if i get any results before purchasing any other products. Just dont like being bombarded to buy several products at the end. Just one thing at a time.
