Maurice was very patient with me and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He was pleasant to speak with, and very helpful. He was proactive in trying to get my issue situated correctly with a white glove service. I would be perfectly happy to work with him the next time I call in for assistance.

I was having issues logging into my account despite an email with instructions. Mira called me during my work hours but I was unable to use my work computer and she offered to call me back after I got home to work on my login problem. She called me back right when she said she would and had me up and running to view my account. Thank you for helping me with what was such an easy fix.
