I have had a SOLO 401K with Horizon Trust for a few years, so I have had several interactions with their staff throughout the years. Jessika recently helped me with a complex transaction, which was the transfer of an asset from the Entrust Group that was held in a Self-directed IRA. The asset is a piece of property in Costa Rica that is owned by a Costa Rican corporation via shares. Jessika did not shy away from the complexity and eagerly lead the charge to transfer the asset. She was kind, considerate and listened intently. She made sure that she understood all aspects of what needed to be done. She has excellent communication skills, which facilitated the successful transfer of the asset. Jessika is an absolute delight to work with.
