Chy was responding back to a call my partner had made into the bank. While we were on a call we conferenced her in and she was more than helpful and polite. Chy was very prompt in returning my email coming in for processing. Chy makes a great addition to any team, especially to ours when we call or email in.

An investor has to make many decisions quickly and need to be comfortable that they selected the best TEAM... Kelsea went further than the extra mile... She went the extra TEN miles to help get all the required paperwork done for moving forward on new investment. I had great confidence and even brought more clients because I felt very confident that new clients would want same great customer service !!!

I have been with Horizon Trust (HTC) for about 3 years and just had the pleasure to seek guidance from Julie Hardwick in Customer Service. I called with a question about a 'disregarded entity', which probably isn't a common question for her department, and she took the time to find the answer for me. She also went above and beyond by taking the initiative to review whether I filed my annual FMV form ( Fair Market Value) and 5500 IRS form. Then she reviewed the HTC website with me so that I was comfortable finding the necessary forms. In addition to being professional and knowledgeable, she was so patient and kind. She took her time, and made sure that I understood all of the subjects that we discussed. This is what good relationships is all about. What an asset Julie is to HTC.... Thanks
