Kelsea Gines has been great every time I have asked for her help. She has gone above and beyond what’s expected. If it wasn’t for her I would have probably had my SDIRA with another firm. She explained the fee structure very well and that was the difference.

Jessika was amazing and helped me dial my brokerage and we got transferred 3 times. Jessika was my advocate without me having to say thing (go Jessika!) because I certainly felt it and she voiced it for me "we kind of feel like we're getting bounced around". Jessica was also SUPER patient with me because we were on hold for 30 - 40 minutes on top of getting transferred a few times. She checked in with me and made sure we had a game plan moving forward and potential timelines (quickest to slowest) and really aligned my expectations

Mercie Davis was the funding specialist who has been helping me with my fund roll over needs. She did the call with me and guided and helped me to answer questions I did not understand. Mercie also helped me fill up the roll over form required by the other firm. I appreciate all the guidance and help she extended and still doing for me on this process of transferring my funds in order to achieve my goal.

I've been a member with Horizon Trust for 10 years and the customer service is always top notch! I called today requesting info about crypto investing through my IRA and received the info I needed while on the phone: Jessica walked me step by step to the correct link on the site which helped me out immensely.

Chy has been a pleasure to work with this last week. She is informative and has a way of explaining so the lay person can understand. She is cheerful and caring. Thank you so much Chy...
