Today I had the most wonderful service from Horizon. Ryland, really represented his company in the best way. he was: a knowledgeable --- When he was unsure, he found out what the score was within a few minutes. b) patient -- I was filling in a distribution form c) kind -- in terms of the way in which he spoke to me and answered my many questions d) had a sense of humor -- made me laugh and --- not because he was wasting time or poking fun at me, rather, appreciated when I made silly remark about myself e) ready to assist -- in terms of sending me the necessary info that I required. I teased him but was really serious when I enquired whether I would receive a questionnaire re the assistance I received -- to which he responded in the affirmative. I assured him that if it was just numerical -- if if allowed I would rate him at 100 --rather than 5 -- because of his service, demeanor, etc. It was an hour well spent!! Thank you, Ryland. You have represented your company, really well.

Cami at Horizon Trust was very persistent with following up with Wells Fargo to getting my ira money transferred. Wells Fargo is horrible to work with but Cami stayed after them until they finally sent the money. She even followed up today to let me know that Horizon Trust had received the check today.

Skylar was able to answer all my questions and promptly provide me with the follow up information I needed.

Jessica has been keeping on top of my rollover. I needed to get it done as quickly as possible, and she has been great about staying in contact.

Dana went out of her way to answer all of my questions and also called me back after hours with additional information. She walked me through the process of setting up my LLC account with Horizon. Thank you!
