Amber N. Has been an absolute joy to work with. She understood the time sensitivity of my investment and walked me through the DOI and then personally managed the approval process. Received a call from Claudia Guzman (Horizon Trust) 11-13-23 to help me rollover my 401K to a traditional IRA. Claudia verified with me that I wanted to proceed with this transaction and we discussed the process and fees associated with the transaction. Claudia was very professional, patient, informative, and efficient within the process. The entire transaction for the application took about 30 minutes.
