I am a regular Horizon Trust client, and hold a Self-Directed 401-K with and through them. I have had consistently great customer service response with Horizon since joining them in 2021. Today's call with Taddie was no exception. Taddie was very polite, patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. She set up and scheduled a more in-depth tele-conference with one of their specialists for the following day. I greatly appreciate Taddie's great service and concern! Taddie is among many HT specialists who have helped me with professionalism and courtesy over the past 2 1/2 years. I recommend Horizon Trust without hesitation to other entrepreneurs whom I interact with regularly. Indeed, I recommend Horizon Trust enthusiastically, and without reservation!
