Speaking with Samantha was what made my experience great. My rep. was Ms. Dana Gross, she deserves a crown because she was with me every step of the way. From start to finish, and let me tell you it took us a year before my pension was transferred. No matter what obstacles we came across, with her help we knocked them down one by one. When she was not able to check in on me, Ms. Mercie did. Ms. Mercie was a sweet young lady she checked in to make sure everything was going according to plan. As of January 2024, I became a member of Horizon Trust. They were AMAZING!!! What a blessing to have.
