Dana Gross from the transfers department was Amazing, kind, thorough, and understanding! My accounts are not just normal, easy rollovers and Dana was there with me thru the entire process. She even got on the phone with me to PenChecks because of some unsure info with the account. Then she double checked with her superiors to make sure everything was done correctly. Within a couple of days someone from sales reached out to provide guidance for my investment plans. I sent in a direction of investment and by the end of day I received a call confirming the funds would be sent out the very next day.
