DO NOT BUY. Order was not delivered and customer service is beyond awful. Just told to try and sort it out with a courier when previously told to wait 8 days. No product and out of pocket and frustrated.

They are a scam website. Promise 4-6 days of delivery but the item does not arrive. It's been 2 weeks now and from other reviews I'm not surprised. Very shocked they ship from China and don't even state that.

Never received the item, and still almost 3 month on it’s not sorted as their customer service is pretty much none existent. Avoid this company.

Commande passée le 20 juillet, reçue le 8 août, alors que le site annonce en gros un délai de 4-5 jours — argument de vente qui n'a pas été tenu. Impossible de partir en vacances avec le produit comme prévu. Le hamac est expédié directement de Chine, sans que ce soit précisé nulle part sur le site, laissant croire à une origine France/Allemagne. Côté service client : en signalant l'urgence, j'ai reçu une réponse automatique générée par IA, sans solution concrète. Je réserve mon jugement sur le produit lui-même, n'ayant pas encore pu le tester, mais l'expérience d'achat laisse à désirer.

The product is described as compatible with several different types of pushchair, but it didn't work for either of ours. Overall, the quality seemed quite basic and definitely overpriced. The real issue came when I tried to return it for a refund. Not only was the returns procedure absolutely ridiculous, I had to follow up with the company to request a refund 12 days after I had confirmation that it had been successfully returned to them. I have never had such a poor returns experience, particularly given the hoops they make you jump through to be able to return the product. A classic example of a company that bombards new parents with great marketing videos across social media, and then fails to follow through with any basic customer service.

BAD – WORSE – DO NOT BUY FROM THEM The promised delivery time was 4–6 working days, which already seemed questionable, but I gave them a chance. The package finally arrived after two weeks and was shipped from China, even though they claimed it would be sent from Europe. There was no return address and no clear information about returns on their website. It felt like a complete scam. After sending countless emails, they finally gave me a return address. I then had to pay another €20 to send the item back, and they refused to refund the shipping costs—even though they failed to deliver on time and the item did not even work. It was also dangerous to use on the buggy. They reply to emails quickly, but they do not answer questions properly. When they know they are wrong, their replies become very short and unhelpful. Honestly, this was the worst shopping experience I have ever had. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Commende passez depuis le 06 juillet donc depuis 20 jours maintenant. Ça fait 1 semaine que mon colis est a paris et ne bouge plus. Clairement les délais ne sont absolument pas respecter. Leur reponse types ça va arriver dans les prochains jours mais je ne reçois toujours rien. Cet site est une grande ARNAQUE!! À fuir! Personne se responsabilise. 70€ jetés à la poubelle.
