I am incredibly delighted with the customer support I experienced. I chose the tool due to its design flexibility and in my opinion it offers the best functionalities among its competitors. I had some issues with the premium package through my domain provider and was offered to shift accounts directly with them and the entire process restored my faith in humanity. Sarah (their Head of Community & Customer Experience) is really a gem and I hope the company treats her as well as she deserves for she makes a great name for them. It was truly a pleasure to go through what normally would be a terrible hassle, all thanks to her. Superstar!

Terrible customer service

I’m not techy at all, but Hopp made me feel like a pro. Everything’s makes sense in the editor, and the templates are beautiful. My page came out looking so professional! 10/10.

Sarah was quick to assist me and was able to effectively answer all my questions and even went above and beyond to make some tweaks to my bio for an even stronger visual appeal and function for my visitors. I am more than pleased with the service and help i was provided and for this experience i feel as though my money has been put in the right place by choosing this platform for my "link in bio" choice.

Facebook has given me dozens of warnings and removed dozens of posts, comments and reels where I used HOPP. Facebook has warned me that HOPP can not be trusted as it features malicious coding and is collecting user data without permission. I immediately contacted WIX who own and promote HOPP. Thinking that there must be some miss-understanding that both WIX and/or HOPP would quickly be able to sort this out. That was over a week ago. WIX promised to get back to me within 48 hours. That did not happen. After 96 hours I again called wix and demanded action and to speak to a supervisor. WIX told me that was not possible and no supervisors were available to speak to me. I asked that they call me back. They have failed to do so. This is a critical issue for my business. 90% of my business and 100% of my reputation is based on Facebook pages and groups. If my groups and pages are shut down by Facebook this could force me out of business. The reputational harm caused by me using and trusting and HOPP and WIX is beyond calculation. As someone who has been using hopp.to for a couple of months now, I can confidently recommend it. The user friendly interface makes it incredibly easy to create a visually appealing and organized link in bio. It has wide range of customizable templates and design options and I could tailor my page to match my brand and style. Plus, the search is amazing.
