So being in Downtown Indy. The staff, and especially Shelby, are welcoming and have phenomenal service. The vibes in the atmosphere are inviting and of professionalism. Sports on ALL TVS...Such a beautiful environment to dine at. Truly is an overall feeling of Nostalgia. As well, the hot wings are one of my favorites ! Its a definite 5 star rating coming from myself. Thanks..

Shelby was amazing! She was energetic, personable, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The service was prompt, the atmosphere was fun, and her friendly personality really stood out. Five stars all the way! Great job, Shelby! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nostalgia for this brand is diminishing due to a clear lack of leadership resolve. Nothing about the brand’s identity is unclear. Mr. Fox, franchise owner for Florida and Alabama, continues to recycle ineffective decision‑makers from his failed Florida stores into the Mobile, AL location, producing the same decline. This location's operating style is unmistakable: Activities involving illegal drug solicitation and the exchange of sexual acts for compensation, irrespective of gender; aggressive sales tactics, internal conflict, severe sewer issues, and chronically failing A.C. systems. By empowering his scion Jason, Mr. Fox has enabled the same deterioration seen in Florida. “It’s understandable that many young women here struggle under expectations that were never realistic.” Let’s keep the focus off the young women who are showing up and doing the work, and put the accountability where it’s truly due. The root cause is poor ownership and the continual recycling of unqualified management.

5 of us visited Hooters NOTTINGHAM this Saturday 27th, June, started bad saying no draught lager but witnessed trays of same going to other tables. Ordered rum and coke as and alternative and Coke / Pepsi was flat, asked for ice told, we ain't gorrenny. Walk to the bar and asked for ice and there it was. Ordered food, boneless wings, Prawns, curly fries DISGUSTING, the wings were from standing chicken that had got warm, the sauce was putrid, the prawns were cold and again the sauce was disgusting, the fries were cold. A bill for nearly £250 just topped it off, never will we use the place again, the old management was great but this lot, not a clue.

Went to Hooters on Metcalfe in Overland Park Ks after the Chiefs game. Sunday the 12/14/25. Spent over 200$ had the worst service. Food came out cold like they just pulled out the fridge. Then we had a 100 wings to go and didn’t get everything we ordered.

Booked table for 13 for my sons 16th birthday. On arival my son was asked for id ? . So he produced his newly recieved provisional licence. The doorman glanced over this not looked ? Then commented he is not coming in because he has had to much already ???.( ie drink) aparently he had special powers of perseption to see this. I was gobsmacked i explained we had a booking of 13 and for what reason . Eventually after a few minutes we entered. The doormans ego and the obvious chip on his shoulder plus the power trip he takes from this put a dampener on my sons birthday . Had my son rocked up with 6 or 7 simaler aged lads i could understand the questioning but he was with me (dad) so not only did he insult my son by alledging he had been drinking he also judge me obviously. It was disgusting behaviour from a so called family fun venue. Had it been any other time i would of definatly issued a challenge to him . But chose my sons day over this first class idiot . Hooters Nottingham realy needs to look at there policys and doormen. The internal service and food was great but given how my son was treated we nor any of the party of 13 will return nor reccomend this venue
