As a next step, we recommend completing the online course and using the research, strategy blueprints, and production toolbox to create your first video in one of your four matched formats. Once that’s done, book your private consultation with our team for targeted feedback and support. From there, you’ll have unlimited access to our group feedback calls, where you can bring content for review and iteration. This support continues until you hit one million views. You’ve only had two calls so far, and it sounds like expectations may not yet be aligned. This isn’t a magic button—it’s a strategic process that delivers results for those who follow through. During your live Kick-Off call with your trainer on March 7, 2024, you selected three organic storytelling formats with guidance from our creative consultants. Our team then developed the strategy and provided the research and insights during your second live Strategy call on April 2, 2024. At that time, no concerns or disappointments were mentioned regarding the deliverables. On April 3, 2024, we provided access to our online Viral Content Model course, intended as supplemental follow-up training alongside our one-on-one support. We understand you faced technical difficulties logging in, and after your single email on April 23, we promptly addressed the issue by restoring your access on April 29, 2024. You also received a customized audit of your social channels, a personalized Communication Assessment, three storytelling formats with research, production instructions, and format blueprints. Additionally, you had access to eight group accelerator calls for content review and feedback, although you didn’t attend any. Hook Point’s Jump Start program aims to help clients build an organic social media strategy aligned with our two key methodologies: the Viral Content Model and The Communication Algorithm. First, we encourage you to keep attending the accelerator calls for valuable feedback from our team since you still have 50% of the sessions available. Regarding translation, while we arranged for a program to review your content in advance, we didn't have native Dutch speakers on staff to translate live during calls. We advise all our clients to aim for the broadest audience using our Communication Algorithm, which emphasizes Fun, Facts, and Feelings. This means casting a wide net and not focusing too narrowly on language groups. Social media algorithms favor broader content, so creating bilingual material can maximize reach. Since 95% of Dutch speakers also speak English, this approach helps you connect with the majority of your audience. Lastly, have you completed the online Viral Content Model training? This resource offers in-depth ideation training to complement the Jump Start guidance from your trainer. We encourage you to utilize this resource and your trainer-provided ideation sheets, and bring them to the accelerator calls for additional support.
