HonsvrReviews of honsvr.com

these lenses are awesome, as someone who is almost legally blind virtual reality actually feels like a reality now!! my first order got lost with USPS and i reached out and honsvr sent out another pair 2 days later for free :)

They lie about shipping. It arrives much later than listed.

After having used XR glasses for more than a year, I finally decided to take the plunge to get prescription lenses. I have always avoided them because my prescription is very weak. Shipping from China to Germany has been unexpectedly fast (8 days) and to top it off, the prescription fit my glases perfectly too. I would only subtract half a star at maximum because I can't close the glasses properly without removing the inserts but I do think this is a glasses design issue.

Good customer service ERIC very helpful and quality of their Lenses is excellent! Thanks Eric

I contacted HONSVR for help with my order and from thereon in, they were brilliant :) A great, personal service. Highly recommend.

The lenses fit perfectly on my quest 3 and they come thoroughly packed together with prescription details, a little container for the lenses and a microfiber cloth. Everything feels high quality. Also the shipment was super fast to Germany (5 days). I'd like to highlight the awesome customer support. I have initially ordered the wrong version (non magnetic instead of magnetic) and Eric has helped me right away with a really good offer. I can absolutely recommend Honsvr 👍

The service received from Honsvr was incredible I was initially concerned that I had been scammed not having used them before and having an issue with my delivery (this was my country having a customs issue and not Honsvr at all) but in the moment I was concerned I emailed (Eric) and his response was swift, and he sorted it out for me immediately Shortly after I received my shipment and could not be happier It clicks on easily, easy to remove for cleaning Does not add ANY extra width where nose would go - this was a concern for me because I have a huge nose bridge and could not afford any extra - there are perfect cutouts on the corners where your nose go so very good design
