When we first launched these kits, nearly all of our customers came directly from our build videos, where we shared the complete assembly process, tips, and details. Because of that, we relied on those videos as the primary instructions. We have already improved this part of the experience. Every kit now includes a printed insert with QR codes and links to both the written guide and the YouTube tutorial, making the instructions much easier to find. We also appreciate your comments about the packaging. We'll continue improving our packaging to better protect the contents during shipping.
