Purchased for a job a Hon&Guan…
I purchased for a job a Hon&Guan ventilation fan, and it failed after only 12 minutes of operation. I turned it on to show my client the completed installation, and the fan suddenly stopped working and never turned on again. To rule out installation issues, we tested the fan on multiple outlets, and it was clearly the fan itself that was defective. I contacted customer service by email and never received a response. I also submitted a message through the warranty/contact form on their website and again received no reply. It has now been over three weeks with no response from the company. Our Client was Very upset with the new Kitchen and NO Exhaust fan for 2 weeks waiting for solution from H&G. We had to go locally and buy one, we lost the money By H &G THIEVES. Hon&Guan advertises a one-year warranty on its products, but based on my experience, the warranty appears to be meaningless if customer support never responds to warranty claims. I cannot recommend this company. The product failed almost immediately, and customer service has been completely unresponsive. DO NOT BUY FROM Hon&Guan, Check Home Depot or Lowe's First!
