Dear gabriel, Sorry to hear you have not received your item. Your package's tracking number is showing as delivered. If you have not actually received the package, please contact the shipping company for more details. If you would like a refund you need to file a claim with them so they can investigate and rule out theft/fraud. If you would like the package we can send a new one but you still need to file a claim with them and supply us with the claim number, thanks for your cooperation.
