It worked great until it died and now I cannot figure out how to charge this sob and there are no directions in English with the big enough picture everything is microscopic and not available online. I don't know how much more I can search without getting fired

Have not actually used the product yet…
Have not actually used the product yet but was upset with the constant e mails including saying what the product was. If someone hacks my e mails I don't want the world to know what I am buying. Not happy with the company for the privacy issue.

I sent a video of what was wrong like I was asked to do and haven’t heard a word since. The video clearly shows there is nothing magnetic so I would appreciate a replacement or refund.
