Usually love your products. Ordered the RAHIM self thrusting dildo machine. It runs for 20 seconds on what it calls the orgasm speed and stops. Do you know how frustrating this is?? Finally got tired of continuously pushing remote. Went to toy store and bought a different one.

Product was as mentioned. Shipping was supposed to be three to four days...it took almost TWO weeks. And when it arrived there was duty to be paid that i was not expecting

I would have answered n/a because this was my first time visiting website and making a purchase. The one thing I would suggest is better tracking and giving a date my package is expected. There's nothing mentioned in any email and when I did a tracking, all it told me it was in transit.
