I ordered the Billy 8 inch realistic…
I ordered the Billy 8 inch realistic suction cup dildo and it isn’t even close to 8 inches insertable length is Slightly over 6 inches not 7 inches. Total length is slightly over 7 inches. This is false advertising. I’ve ordered other products and no problems. This is very irritating!
Response from Honey Play Box®Jul 27, 2023
Dear Mike, I'm sorry to hear that, we remeasured Billy after receiving your feedback, and it is indeed an 8 inches dildo. We will send you the pictures for reference, thanks for your understanding. Sincerely, HoneyPlayBox Customer Service Center

Only 1 of the 3 items ever arrived
Only 1 of the 3 items ever arrived. I Tried calling and no one would answer. No option to leave a message on the 1st number. 2nd number left a message and no one got back to me. I emailed and still no response. I did get some kind of message saying I'm getting another shipment. I have no idea if they resolved it or if this is my 2 missing items. Not happy and will probably never order again.
Response from Honey Play Box®Jul 5, 2023

We also emailed you the tracking number, please kindly check it. Your understanding and patience would be highly appreciated. Kind Regards, HoneyPlayBox Customer Service Center

Product Aside, Poor Customer Service
Product aside, I haven't even received it yet so this review is not based on that. First, I have to download a new app just to track my shipment. Secondly, I ordered this item early Friday June 23, and the order didn't even process until Wednesday and currently it is the following Thursday and USPS says they haven't received the package for shipment. I emailed the company about this poor shipping time and I only got an automatic response. Poor customer service. Do better. I am dreading that this product is dead on arrival or stops working soon after, imagine replacing it will be like pulling teeth with pliers

Hello Saige, We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Thank you for your feedback, we will improve our service based on your feedback. Your understanding would be highly appreciated. Sincerely HoneyPlayBox Customer Service Center
