The item I ordered worked one time and…
The item I ordered worked one time and won't work now again it just keeps blinking I've charged it I've done everything nothing works

Lost package. Rude customer service. No refund yet.
My package arrived to the local post office empty so they immediately returned it to where it come from, I reached out to customer service via email but made the mistake of sending through the wrong email so I went to the email that I used making the purchase to send it directly from there and the response I got was rude. It stated, “We got it. Please do not email us from 2 emails and make it confusing. One email is sufficient. Once the warehouse confirms item was received we will issue a refund” This was very unprofessional and could’ve been handled in a different manner. Tracking the progress of the package back to the warehouse it come from it was showing out for delivery then 3 hours later sent to a Mail Recovery Center, still no refund issued.

Abysmal customer support
If I could give a lower rating I would. When speaking with customer support about a refund for an unclaimed item, they proceeded to try and twist their own policies and imply something I or the shipping company did was wrong. Update: Was finally told I would get a refund once the unclaimed item was returned. Based on tracking, item was left unclaimed when returned to sender so I never got a refund.
