I paid for shipping and then when the…
I paid for shipping and then when the product FINALLY got to me, they wanted more for shipping. You need to make it clear. Also maybe have an option for prices on your site in other currencies aside from the American dollar. Very very misleading. Will it shop here again

I’ve placed an order on uk website 6…
I’ve placed an order on uk website 6 days ago as I’m living in the uk but still haven’t received confirmation email after 6 days and even the order number doesn’t work and they took money from my account. Keep sending email to USA and uk website but no one responding. Can you please chase it up for me ? Order number is : UK00335

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I cancelled my order within 24 hours (the money was STILL TAKEN from my account) and was told a refund was issued; I had to wait 5-7 business days to receive it. I waited…and waited…and waited some more. The refund never arrived. When I emailed the company, they told me that since the refund had been issued on their end, it wasn’t their problem anymore and that I had to speak with my bank. I did and the bank couldn’t do anything since it wasn’t fraud. I emailed this company again and even sent screenshots of my banking activity showing I never received the refund, plus emails exchanged. They continued to insist the refund had been issued and I needed to check my payment account..even though they had clear evidence showing THERE WAS NO REFUND MONEY!!! I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE.

Well my wife charged the Scioness up…
Well my wife charged the Scioness up correctly. Everything works except the licking part of the toy. I sent messages to them and tried sending a video of the operation of it. I even called their 9093649922 number and their mailbox is full. We either want a new one or refunded. Terrible customer service in my opinion.
