When the purchase was made , the delivery was supposed to be 2-4 days. When it didn't get delivered, I had to email and finally chat to get a promise of delivery. The email address is not functional, due to a.we extension. I am very disappointed that it doesn't seem important to keep the customer informed of delays or troubles with the shipment of a purchase.

Le site fonctionne super mal, ça fait une semaine que j'essaie de me connecter à mon compte, et que je ne peux pas. Impossible de se déconnecter lorsqu'on a un compte connecté, d'ailleurs. En plus de ça, les avis sont fake, et ils ne valident pas les avis que les clients font. Enfin pas les avis qui sont en dessous de 3 étoiles, en tout cas. (voir 4) Et pour couronner le tout, j'ai reçu un article qui n'est pas celui que j'avais commandé. L'article que j'ai reçu n'existe même pas sur leur site. J'ai fait une demande pour qu'ils fassent quelque chose sur leurs 2 adresses mails , mais je sais pas pourquoi, je sens que je n'aurai jamais de réponse. Donc ça va se finir en litige paypal, je pense. Edit : Like I said earlier, I already reached out to you through this mail address (info@...), beside, on your website you say that you will try to reply within 24 hours, it's been almost a week and I'm still waiting for this answer !
