One product was sold out. This caused a delay in shipping. After a week of non-shipment I had to cancel my order. Customer service is not very responsive only responding once per day.

The product isn't charging. It only has one bar on the power light. As I mentioned in the first review letter, The power was going when I picked it up from the Post Office. The whole thing is crap. After all this time, I haven't gotten any use for the product. I am depressed. I just received the power cord yesterday and charged the product overnight, and as I said before, only one power bar turned itself off. The product is KAI 2. Please send a replacements.
