I placed an order at the beginning of April and didn’t receive one of my items. After looking at the steps involved to reach out to the company, I made phone calls during business hours to two different numbers located online. The first was not a working number, and the second number went to an automated recording where I was unable to leave a message. I then sent an email on 4/8/23 requesting clarification on the missing item and my packing slip. There was a line that crossed the missing item off the packing slip but not communication about shipping separately or a refund if it were out of stock. And I have not had any follow-up response to me email since my email was sent and the website promises a response within 24 hours. Honestly it’s frustrating and I would avoid the headache and hassle of ordering from here.

I’ve ordered from honey play box twice, months apart from each other. Each time, items from my order were either missing or mixed up/replaced with another item that I did not want. Receiving a refund for the cost of the missing items seem to go smoothly (though I never heard back from anyone) but it still can be frustrating since orders take time to arrive just to be disappointed to see that you didn’t get the item you purchased. I no longer feel confident that if I continue to purchase from honey play box that the order will be as expected.

Look I told them I just had prostate cancer and I got my prostate out so I tried it once the second time I just turned it on the vibration didn't work and then they told me to show them a video I don't know how to send a video and so then I tried it again and it doesn't work at all and I've been asking them when are they going to send me a new one and they keep asking for that video which I can't send I just don't know how honestly I really don't even know how to send this to you
