I tried to take advantage of a discount…
I tried to take advantage of a discount for an item's purchase. The code wouldn't work to apply the reduction. I left the item in my cart and was pleasantly surprised to get an email a couple days later offering the same discount on my purchase. We are going to enjoy our new when it arrives.

Ordering and delivery were amazing
Ordering and delivery were amazing, the product itself is 8/10, just a lot louder than expected and battery runs down fairly fast, but other than that, it's amazing!

I did have a minor problem processing…
I did have a minor problem processing the order I wanted. I accidently added the item twice and could not figure out how to remove one of them. I ended up leaving the page without processing the order and starting all over.
