Did not get what was described in the picture paid 17 dollars for a incomplete item if I knew it was only the base I would have never made the purchase

item came in a box that had no plastic…
item came in a box that had no plastic cover. the cord was wrapped with a black plastic tie wrap. It was either sent back to be repaired or just sent back. either way it was used. I didn't order a "used" unit.

WORST Wedding Gift Ever…
Had the absolute WORST experience with this company. Tried to purchase the “Bill” for my wedding/honeymoon and I never received the item. Was never notified that I wasn’t getting it. Only after threatening to call the “Better Business Bureau.” Did I receive a REAL response. Because prior to that I called every number on the website an don’t worry you won’t hear an actual person on the phone. Was a waste of time an effort. Honestly, Adam & Eve, would have been the more reputable company to use.

Said sent it over a 3 months ago. Still never got the product, still waiting I paid for it a month before they said the shipped it, if you want to bang a chick with a toy in like 6 months this is the way to go. If you need it in a few months or days na. Maybe next year. If you get one for your chick get it about 7 months before her bday. This is twice woth them .
