I ordered items on the 24th, but items were not shipped until the 7th. I contacted customer support on the 6th to ask about my items, and then they showed shipping on the 7th.

Took two weeks from order to arrival. Taking no returns whatsoever, regardless of reason is absolutely ridiculous. If an unused product isn't what the customer thought it was or it was poorly advertised, no return. What a scam of a site.
