I expected faster delivery times. I placed an order Friday morning and part of the order isn’t due until Monday, July 3. The other part of the order hasn’t even shipped yet.

UPDATE BELOW BUY ELSEWHERE: This product does not work for long ! I purchased the WARRIOR Auto Thrusting Stroker Automatic Male Masturbator on May 14, 2023, and received it in the mail about two weeks later. As of June 25, it stopped working. UPDATE A replacement was delivered on July 5. Two months later, it no longer worked. This gives me the impression that there is something wrong with this model. Here again, I was very careful, I never dropped it, I cleaned it carefully after each use... I don't think it's possible to take better care of it than I did. I think there is a problem with the engine. I have written to Honey PlayBox about this and have received no response. SO MY ADVICE IS TO BUY ELSEWHERE.

After calling to cancel my order and only getting a full mailbox notification, and then validating the order had not yet been processes, I then requested a cancelation via the Paypal vendor communication portal to which Honey responded with a massege to be patient and they would get back to me in a few days. But in a few days I instead got a notification that they had printed a FedEx label instead of canceling the order to which I responded again and told them not to ship any order as it had been canceled. They shipped it anyway, and now I am having to go through the pain of having the current resident return the package that had been canceled. I am very disappointed with this company and I would not recommend doing business with them.
