No cleaning instructions. Awkward experience using the 'toy'. It has one job that doesn't happen, I feel that is a fail. Be careful using if you prefer other human interactions lol. Too much money with confinement to these settings. Delivery was good.

Looks like good products but I don’t like getting a coupon after I purchase something so I will not order anything else from this site The coupon should be up front so can use it right away or be applied to my purchase to show a good faith effort Have not received the product yet so I can’t rate it. Thank you

Hello Thomas, Thank you very much for purchasing our products. The coupon issued after shopping is for you to use on your next purchase, which is a benefit we provide for our regular customers. We don't understand why we get a bad review from you for such a reason. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Best Regards, Honeyplaybox customer service team

The company is fine. They always ship. Everything is done in a timely fashion. The only problem is what I bought. This time was a totally worthless product. Makes me think I won’t buy from them again.

I have ordered a couple of times from honey play box and I am not sure if this has always been implemented on their site but there is a gratuity section for online ordering. To avoid all fighting about this sensitive subject I will just say it’s not for me, but unfortunately this will keep me from ordering again. The products are great and we both love them but that culture is not for me.

Hi Mike, Thank you for your kind words and choosing to give Honey Play Box a try. We’re so happy to hear that you love our products. Tipping is unchecked by default at checkout and the "None" option is automatically selected. This is entirely up to the guests themselves and thank you for your understanding.
