I got the defective item and no one has helped… They helped subsequent to this review
I I got a defective item and no one has assisted me with replacing it . Someone reached out to me (in the chat) and asked if I wanted another item from the website. I said yes but since then no one has reached out or contacted me. So I still have a defective item that no one has replaced or assisted me with. Since my review I was contacted and the item was replaced. Good (but slow) customer service. Thank you
Response from Honey Play Box®Apr 10, 2024
Dear John, I'm very sorry to hear your item is defective. We deeply regret the inconvenience you've faced. Can you please provide me with a short video of you attempting to turn it on? Please ensure to hold down the on button for 5 seconds as that's how long it can take to activate the battery. We require a video to review to fulfill our warranty policy. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to resolve this matter. Best regards,
