Honey Play Box®Reviews of honeyplaybox.com

I don’t like that you put a reference to daring adventures in youth in your ads. Kids need to be left alone. I don’t care what adults do but anyone who tries to change a kids gender before they are adults needs to go to jail.

Update 29/07/2023: They emailed me saying they'd send a replacement product. They never did and are again not responding to emails. Absolutely horrible company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I have initiated a PayPal refund process. Hopefully get my money back from these scammers. 15/07/2023: Haven't received my order in almost a month. I've contacted them by email and got a response from Julia Keller from customer service who was totally unhelpful and didn't respond apart from saying the courier may have lost it. I confirmed that they've lost it after contacting the delivery company and sent them screenshots of the response but nobody from honeyplaybox is responding to my emails now. Would not recommend honeyplaybox to anyone. I would if they'd atleast try to help after the delivery issue but they're not interested now that they have their money.

Sent many things that I did not order. Didn't even click on them. Very dishonest way of doing business. would never buy from them again

Ordered four toys. After two weeks I reached out to customer service to fin out why it hadn't shipped. Never heard back. Finally shipped but only received 3 of the 4 toys. Reached out again to customer service....they never replied again. Also one of the toys was just a bad toy.

I have been trying to cancel my order since I placed my order. It's almost impossible to do so with your company!

I made an order on 6th June 2023. It has to come in 2 shipments. One shipment i got in 16 days but other shipment i didn't got still now its going to more than one month. I asked to support but they telling contact to shipping company. when i am trying to contact shipping company its showing email address doesn't exist. Now i am fed up i don't know what to do. Honeyplaybox doesn't helping me. After written above review next day on 14th July they replied that they are placing new order but today is 10th Aug but still now I didn't got my order. When I contact with them they are telling that I have to contact with custom office. I am feeding with honey play box. They are making scam. They give offer that buy one & get one. But at time of delivery they send product in two shipment. One shipment I got but second one I didn't got. It's more than 2 month. Please don't by products from honey play box. There support system is worst.

Sent back a double order and still have not got my money back

Only got one of what I ordered Its been almost a week since I got the first package which says they were sent separately. I only received one tracking number and my order has been marked delivered. Im hoping the second item will arrive, and while I am happy with the product I did get, the lack of communication is disappointing.
