I received the Honey Male Masturbator that did not message my private part but made it sore. Even at a low setting it is useless. I sent an email to Honey about this and no answer was forthcoming.

Broken
The product I purchased was broken. It wouldn't turn off. Had to let it die and threw it away. The suction base is worthless on both products i purchased. First time ordering from this company and I'll not order again.

I never received an item from my order
I never received an item from my order. Dora sucks bad and I feel no pleasure from it, the other time my boyfriend uses , but I feel like all of this was A HUGE WASTE IF MY MONEY and I never even got the full order, so I can’t even bang my husband with the one extender we order to help our sex life. I want a refund of some sort l, I already send a complaint email and and still have not got a reply, I will not be recommending anything to any of my friends and family. This website is a joke , I’m going back to my LUSH vibrator but now I have to spend another $60 on something that I should’ve just bought in the first place , I thought this would’ve been a good experience and it’s just not.

Worst customer service ever.
Worst customer service ever. I placed an order at 12:01AM. After reading some bad reviews I emailed them per their website to cancel at 8:16AM. So maybe 8 hours later. At 9:26AM they responded acknowledging my cancelation and trying to talk me out of it. Instead of canceling it they sent the order AND provided me with the wrong tracking number. So now I have to wait till the package gets here (we are now at 6 days and still no package) to refuse it or send it back, wait for THEM to get it to issue a refund. The items shouldn't have been sent since there is a 24 hour cancelation. Feels like this is how they try to scam people out of their money. I can see why they have so many bad reviews.

I'm afraid the last product I bought is no longer working
I'm afraid the last product I bought is no longer working after just having received it a couple of weeks ago. It stopped working while using it yesterday and it will no longer charge up. I've ordered more than a few masturbators from you, and I can say that at least a couple stop charging up within a few months. Not sure, but maybe I'm doing something wrong. Even if that is the case, your masturbators may not be for me.
