I never received these products!! They were sent to to the wrong address with the wrong name and wrong phone number! A person I do not know received the package and was under the age of 18! The parents are livid and are blaming me for this mixup. The parent’s contacted your company and for some reason you gave them my information?!? They then contacted me to hold me responsible for traumatizing their underage daughter, and accusing me of pranking her on purpose ! Your company is taking no responsibility for this package being sent to the wrong address and insisting that I am the one that entered this person’s name into the shipping information ! A person who I do not know! Your company is insisting that I am the one that entered the shipping information ! to this day, I have no idea where the package was delivered or to who it was delivered to, and what happened to these items. I need a full refund and I need to speak to someone at customer service that actually cares and stops, insisting that this was my issue and my fault, These parents know who I am but I don’t know who they are. They can press charges. You need to fix this immediately and refund me ASAP

I received a faulty item which ended up causing a significant and painful injury and after reporting it, I received zero acknowledgement or prospects of a resolution. It's been several months and still no response from HoneyPlayBox. It's dissapointing to say the least and frustrating as well. i doubt if I will be ordering again in the future as satisfaction is the whole point of this website, just not from customer service, apparently.
