Dear Vasiliki, We're sorry for the inconvenience. If your package's tracking number is showing as delivered but you have not actually received the package, you will have to follow up with the shipping company yourself. Please note that a missing package needs to be reported within 72 hours of confirmed (as per the tracking number) delivery has taken place. After 72 hours, retrieval may not be possible. It is assumed that the customer has provided a secure location for packages to be left. If security is an issue, please request the signature required service or provide a secure location for delivery. To file a claim with the shipping company use these instructions: USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm.
