Was slightly confusing because of discount offer to new customers no being accepted during the check-out process, but I emailed customer service & received a refund for my discounted amount immediately, which was nice - can tell they care about their customer's experience & satisfaction.

The product arrived quickly to Ontario Canada but be aware that a brokerage fee of $16 was charged COD on pick up at Canada Post. This was not made clear when purchasing the product.
