Absolutely everything went wrong and ive been strung along for weeks being promised numerous things...exchange for actual color i ordered, refund, and return shipping label...nothing... Ladies...I'm not sure how we can go about this, but I'm thinking from the numerous reviews from others like me who've been jerked around by this company, that we maybe consider a CLASS ACTIONLAW SUIT? Im out 85.00 CAD which isn't my life savings, but its the principle of the matter. This company steals your money and then taunts you with lies for weeks until I believe you just surrender and cut your losses. Anyone in with me?

Actually I’d give them less than one star. I contacted the company to return the product and have been given the runaround ever since. You think you’re getting somewhere but you never do. They just string you along with promises of a return label but they never do. Don’t waster your time or your money with this company!!

The colours of the lipstick looked more orange than pink or red based on me and didn’t suit me so I sent over 20 emails asking to return my unopened lipsticks as per the company’s 60 day return process and they kept giving me the run around, wouldn’t give me a return address and wouldn’t give me a refund. Very disappointing!

The order was slow to ship. The quality does not hold up to their claims in the advertising. They claim to offer a full refund if you aren’t satisfied. My experience with this company has been a total disaster. They have done nothing that they promised to do in either their advertising or the emails I received from them. No, I will not in any way recommend this product nor the seller. I would not have given them the one star but in order to leave the review, I had to. Save your money. Don’t bother with ordering here. I’m STILL trying to get my refund after 8 emails requesting it.

This is a scam with very false advertising. It is listed as having all natural "clean" ingredients though most of the ingredients it lists on the website are not listed on the package. It DOES, however, list PETROLATUM as the second ingredient. (Ingredients listed on package: Mineral oil, petrolatum, cera alba, tocopherol, mel) It says cruelty free on the website. There is nothing to indicate on the packaging that this product hasn't been tested on animals. It specifically says "not made in China" on their website as a selling point. I knew immediately that it was when I got a shipping notification from China. It arrived today and says Made in China on the package.

I purchased HoneyNoir in a buy one get one free deal (only way it was sold, I could not buy just one) for $29.98 on March 31st, 2026. Today is May 18th, 2026, and I have not received the lipstick. I’ve been writing to the HoneyNoir “company” for four weeks trying to figure out where my order is. Every return email from them says they’ll check into my order…then they’ll escalate the search, over and over again. Then I insisted on a refund, and they said we’ll escalate our search (AGAIN) Finally (6 emails later) they assured me they would refund my purchase price to my bank. I’ve been waiting 18 days and still no refund, even though I keep writing to them every few days. I’m on SS and $29.98 is a large amount of money to me, for NOTHING. Obviously I am livid. Obviously this is a SCAM Company. I kept telling myself not to fall for scams on FB, especially when I find out (way after my purchase) that the product’s origin is China. There was nothing on HoneyNoir’s website that disclosed it was from China (a real red flag for shipping and quality). Anyway, save yourself some money and immense aggravation and DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Judging from my experience with the HoneyNoir company, I’m quite sure the lipstick sucks too.

I had submitted my initial one ⭐️ review earlier because company does not follow through with return shipping information/label…have tried numerous times regarding return of item. they will shoot back with an email advising ‘return team’ will take care of shortly (two weeks ago) and the response after the first review was immediate advising an email would be sent regarding issue🤣 that has not happened…so unless you have a lot of patience and/or💰 to 🔥… I suggest you not waste your time (lip color is not all that)
