Scam
Scam! This website is fraudulent, the product you receive is not what is advertised. This company is not in the USA, your order will ship from China. When you try to contact them, repeatedly, you will get a response that they are looking into why you did not receive the advertised product, and how they will make it right, then nothing, no further contact. Buyer beware! Responding to HoneyNoir.... This is absolutely how you do business, I am not the only person this has happened to, funny how when anyone comments on your Facebook advertisement anything negative, it disappears. I have contacted your company 5 times total, and have gotten the same response everytime! "We will look into it and get back to you with a solution" Then nothing, nobody ever gets back to you! The product I received is Lakerain, not HoneyNoir. If I wanted Lakerain lipstick I would have ordered it on Amazon for $6.99, not through your website for a lot more! Like I said, Buyer Beware! This website is a Scam.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, and we fully understand your frustration and concern. What you’ve described is absolutely not how we operate, and your case appears to be a rare exception. We take these matters extremely seriously, especially when a customer feels misled or ignored. While some of our shipments do originate from international warehouses, the product and service you receive should always meet expectations — and if not, we are committed to making it right. We sincerely apologize for the lack of follow-up. That is not our way, and we’re reopening your case immediately to ensure that you are properly assisted and further compensated for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience and for giving us the chance to make this right. Kind regards, HoneyNoir Customer Support Team
