This is NOT a transfer proof lipstick as was advertised. Came off within 15 minutes of use. Scam.

I never received my $48 order. The tracking says it was passed from “17 track” to my local US post office. It then says my post office “put it in my garage”. My USPS office assures me they never received it from the overseas shipper. Plus they don’t put mail in garages!! I have emailed honey noir several times and they (AI) just keep sending me the tracking info. I’m going to try to get a refund through PayPal. I got scammed!!

I have been waiting on my order for 3 months. I have made multiple attempts at getting a response to the holdup, but they do not respond. I do not recommend dealing with this company!

Buyer beware! The website gives false information. They do NOT honor their 60 day money back guarantee. If you want a refund you cannot even try it out or open to see the color! The reddish brown color is not something that I would wear and it does NOT change in color! If I remember right, the return tab, in a pale yellow, only showed up on the payment screen whereas the guarantee was clearly visible before payment. So now I am stuck with two tubes, one unopened, and an unopened lip liner as well. It goes against their return policy to accept opened products! Buy at your own risk...

This website lies about not only the length of time this lipstick lasts on your lips but their "60-Day Money Back Guarantee" is a total joke. They state on their site "Love it or your money back - that simple". I contacted customer service for a refund because I am not happy with the color it turns on my lips and have received absolutely NO satisfaction...only AI responses. I was advised initially that if the product is opened or used it can't be returned. My response after shaking my head was "How in the world am I supposed to know if I "love" it if I can't open it and try it?" Stupid question. Terrible company to do business with. Steer clear!

If I could rate this company and product with zero stars, I would. The website is misleading in 3 ways: It claims that it is not made in China. The box the lipstick came in clearly says MADE IN CHINA. The advertising says that is lasts for hours on your lips. I literally saw it disappear within just a few minutes without even eating or drinking anything. I contacted customer service with my concerns. The website says 60 day guarantee, if you don't love it you can return it and get a refund, no questions asked. Customer service said that once the product is opened or used it can't be returned. WHAT?! How would you know if you wanted to return it if you didn't try it? Also, the ingredients that they claim to be clean include petroleum and mineral oil. I have never written a negative review, but I am so angered by their deception, I want to let people know they are being scammed.

This company owes me money or product and they won’t even talk to me anymore. They just keep saying we’re sorry and I’ve been arguing with them since August 1. I ordered product on July 8 $28 worth of product. When I completed the order, the credit card receipt showed the wrong address so I immediately that minute contacted them and corrected the address. I have the emails to prove it and they sent me an email back saying thank you so much. We haven’t processed your your order yet and we have corrected your address so you will receive it at and then they put my correct address. I never got it. I kept contacting them and they said we shipped it well they shipped it to the wrong address even though they said they had the correct address and now they’ve been arguing with me since the beginning of August and they’ve said your 60 day negotiation period is over end of discussion.
