Do not order from this site
Do not order from this site. Ordered 2 lipsticks 10/4/25. It’s now 22/5/25 and they have not arrived. I have followed up multiple times via email, only to receive replies such as: “ You can track your order using the following link: [insert tracking link here].” (no tracking link provided) and on the 8/5/25, “ If your order has not been delivered or is eligible for a refund, we will process it accordingly and notify you once it's complete—typically within 24–48 hours.” (Despite multiple requests for one, no refund has been forthcoming to date). My advice would be not to waste your money on a purchase from this site.

Do not buy from this site
Do not buy from this site! After seeing their add on facebook many times I decided to buy 1 get 1 free at a cost of $42.21 (Aust). What i received was not Honey Noir but Lakerain almost lipstick which I had actually already bought from temu at a cost of $3.20 each!! Total waste of money!!

Received the product with different name
Received the product with different brand name and made in China. Quality is cheap and seller is scammer. Reply refund in process but nothing. Fake reviews and fake pictures. Any negative reviews in facebook been deleted and blocked me in FB as well. Stay away! You can find a lot cheaper same thing in Amazon.

Scam
Scam! Give them 1 star on their website and it disappears magically! Their reviews are fake, their product is fake, they will not fix any solution for you they will just say 1000 times over that they’re happy to provide a refund but never do. Stay away

Total scam
Total scam! Stay away and do not buy from this “company”. They have fake reviews and photos on their website and the products are cheap and not as described. I have been emailing them for a week and each day they claim that they will provide a refund but fail to provide any returns information. On their website it states “if you’re not thrilled with your order, simply return for a full refund (no questions asked). However claim that they cannot refund my order because of their “policy” which makes no sense. Total scam don’t spend your money here.

All about this is Fake
All about this is Fake. They are not made in the USA, The lipstick doesn't do what it says it does, The pretend like they care and want to resolve issues and that they are a one of issue when in fact I am pretty sure they are scamming everyone in their honey trap. Pay high US $ pricing for absolute China crap. Stay away.

Really would give no stars
Really would give no stars. They took the 39 dollar payment from my account and NEVER sent the product. After many inquires and assurances I was told it was on its way. I never received my four tubes of lipstick. Resent my address to them twice. I have never had anyone say they did not have the correct address after confirming 3 times. They no longer respond to my inquires. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY iIT IS A SCAM!

Ordered from HoneyNoir but received Lakerain instead.
On 17 Apr, I ordered their buy 2 get 2 free for $39.99 through an ad on Instagram. I kept seeing the ad for months!! I finally decided to go for it. My order arrived after a week and a half which was great. The only issue I have with them is that they sent me 4 lipsticks from Lakerain. A completely different brand but the same lipstick applicator. If I knew they were going to send me these…I could’ve just bought Lakerain black honey lipsticks on Amazon Prime for $6.99 each instead of paying the $39.99+. I contacted them today…I hope to receive an answer.
