Ordered in May. No product sent. Tracking never left China. Multiple emails saying they will escalate my case for a refund. No refund. It's now September. Is this a real company?

If I could give less I would. Product does not perform and now in week 4 of trying to get a refund for unused product. I get promised a return label will be sent immediately - nothing comes, then I am asked what the problem is (although site says no questions asked) and if product has been used - all questions I’ve answered multiple times. Have lodged complaint with official authorities.

It's a ripped off. Don't waste your money. If you have any problem with the product you will not be able to get your money back. I emailed the customer service. The responsed that I got was they are going to review my case and they get back to me. Up to now they didn't give me any information how to return the product. Do yourself a favor. Don't waste your money.

Worst company I have ever purchased from! I ordered 4 Honey Noir products during a buy 1 get 1 free promotion, so 8 products total. 4 products were shipped, and when I received them I reached out to the company to let them know they sent a completely different brand and I only received 4/8 products. They said the products sent are regional products. Why would I order something if a mystery product will be sent not what I intended to purchase? I paid for a specific product for a reason. They offered to resend the correct products or refund the purchase but never did. It's been months and they always respond that they're reviewing the claim. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. This company is scamming you out of your money and laughing all the way to the bank. Placed my order back in July and there has been no updates on tracking, and obviously there is a bot responding to messages, because there has been no followup despite my many emails to them. PLEASE think twice before parting with your money and buying this nonexistent product - I know I will never get mine back!!

SCAM ALERT: My order arrived with an item missing. I have been in contact with “customer service” for almost three months now. They have repeatedly failed to send the missing item or refund me, despite countless promises to do so.

I received the two lipsticks, decided they would probably be too pink for me so didn't open them and wanted to return them. I contacted the company upon receipt as per their return policy and they have literally ghosted me. They are not legitimate. I even took it through Paypal and they refused. They're a scam. Don't waste your money.

Scam! Ordered two in May. Shipping looked shady and “returned to sender” with no reason mentioned. Have emailed company several times for a refund and they keep sending generic emails saying they are looking into it. They confirmed the products were never shipped. What else is needed to look into??
