I was excited to try Honey Noir, as I have been a big fan of Clinique's Black Honey Almost Lipstick for years, but I was intrigued by Honey Noir's claims of pure ingredients, Made in USA, and great deal (Buy 2, Get 2). When my order arrived, I was completely disappointed for the following reasons: 1) Product clearly labeled "Made in China". 2) The product is packaged with the product name "lakerain", both on the box and the lipstick case itself. The name "Honey Noir" does not appear anywhere on the product. 3) Despite their claim of customer satisfaction and 60 days to try the product and get a refund, I wasted my time emailing back and forth with Customer Service saying that they "understand my concern" and "understand my frustration" and promising to "make it right" -- and never sending me any return or refund information. This went on for over 2 weeks. Everything they advertised is false. So very disappointed!

I ordered the lipstick with the free lipliner. I received the lipliner but not lipstick. I advised them right away, I keep getting the same messages stating they are looking into it. But nothing else.

I had orderes on sept 30th its now nov 1 and nothing recd i have been sending messages to the company to refund and they keep saying they look into this and still nothing to recd..no number to call them..

Ordered Sept 2, 2025. Still waiting for product. After at least 30 different emails they are still going to expedite my refund! Haha. I appreciate them understanding how frustrated I am (their words). Haha. Do not order from this company!

I purchased this product on August 18. It is now October 27. It is yet to be delivered. Buyers beware

I ordered via Facebook on October 16, paid with PayPal and have received nor heard a thing! I’ve asked PayPal for a refund and will not order again!!

Crap product made with mineral oil as main ingredient! Package looked different than what I was expecting, so I haven’t opened it, read the ingredients, trying to send it back but the “store” thru “SHOP” is closed. Third thing I’ve ordered thru FB/SHOP that’s a cheap knockoff!

I wish I could give negative stars STAY AWAY DO NOT buy I never received my purchase, have been getting same automated response, no refund If any other prior buyers had save experience, and want to take action, lmk
