Never received my products
Never received my products. Reached out multiple times and was just given the same tracking number again. Fake tracking. Opened a fraud case with my credit card company who investigated and I got my money back. After 2.5 months the Post Office has notifed me that this company has shipped my stuff...with fraudulent postage. BEWARE!!!

This company ripped me off
This company ripped me off. They took my money for an almost $100 order and never sent me the product. I've been trying to contact them for a month. I've emailed them multiple times and all I get is an AI response telling me someone will contact me in 2 days. Nobody ever does though. There is nobody there to help if something goes wrong, but they certainly helped themselves to my money. Would give zero stars if I could.

Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. The whole thing is a complete scam. I paid $40 for Dollar Tree cosmetics. The costumer service is a joke too.

Where are my two lipsticks I ordered. It’s been 2weeks. Response was to read an email. C I cannot read what was not sent. Quit wasting my time honey noir you’re a bunch of fraudsters. Your company took my money and never delivered. Facebook advertises for your business and you’re cheating me out of my order and money spent

This company is a scam and false…
This company is a scam and false advertising. The lipstick is much darker than in the ads, to the point I can not wear it. Since I bought a pack of 4, I wanted to return the other 3 that were unopened for a refund as they claim a refund is guaranteed. Yeah right, I have been going back and forth with them for over a month. They keep apologizing and say they are looking into it, but never do! The product is sub par, colour nothing like what it looks like in the ads, and good luck getting a refund. Overpriced garbage from a scam company.

So for over a month I’ve been back and…
So for over a month I’ve been back and forth with customer service (if you can call them that) over the wrong shade. At first I got the promise that they would send the shade that I wanted. But since then, for an ENTIRE MONTH, all I’ve gotten is “I’m sincerely sorry, we will escalate this immediately.” And then I get a friggen discount code for my next order. Do not buy from this company. The disappointment is epic.

Spam I was very excited. On the website it's says it's not from China.... On the packaging it clearly says made in China. And the list of ingredients are bogus... They market claiming really great ingredients...on the packing non of them are listed ... Though petroleum is! I have a feeling I won't be getting my money back. So frustrating lol
