1. You immediately blocked payment right after funding and avoided all communication with us. We are well known for having one of the most lenient reconciliation process in the mca space if you had communicated with us. 2. Your rate was determined by your broker, not by us directly. Our rates are on average cheaper than our competitors for this risk profile. 3. We had little to no communication with you since the initial funding. Your experience was exclusively with a third party collection company which we referred to as a last resort. Their collection operates independently of our company.
