Bought a train ticket online in advance, and needed to change the date of travel in advance. Couldn't get a refund because the refund admin to change the date was £10, which was slightly more than the ticket. So I'll have to loose that money, and have to pay the same amount again... Cheers greater anglia, you're the best....not sure how it costs £10 to change a ticket date already paid for...... You tell me

I was gifted a $500 giftcard from the honest company and spent days trying to check out some baby clothing I picked out for my little one. However, after spending countless hours trying to apply the giftcard at checkout, I realized that the giftcard actually cannot be used for baby clothing!! This was NOT mentioned in the e-giftcard email that I received and my friend who got me the giftcard also had no idea because clothing was a tab on their website!! Super frustrating experience and super confusing system...
